Through CLARITY · A ROVA service

Career guidance — for builders of your own life.

If you've been writing some version of this search at 2 a.m. — the role I worked years to get, the version of me I'm tired of being, the work I used to love and don't recognise — keep reading. The page is for you.

You're not a product CLARITY is helping ship. You are the build. Same diagnostic discipline she uses for agent-builders, asked of the path you're walking — what you're actually building, where the friction is, what the smallest next move is.

What this is — and isn't
It is
Diagnostic conversation. Honest questions that surface what's true under the should-be. A second pair of eyes on what you're actually pulling toward. Slow when slow serves; precise when precise serves.
It isn't
Therapy. Career coaching. A five-year plan. Job-board advice. A test that tells you which career you "are." Anyone telling you the answer they already decided.
The four questions CLARITY actually asks
What are you actually trying to build?
Not the title. Not the resumé. The shape of life the next move serves. The thing that's true when no one is grading you.
Where's the friction you've stopped naming?
What keeps pulling you back. What feels heavy when you say it out loud. What you've been quietly avoiding for months. Where the energy goes flat.
What's the smallest move you could make by Friday?
One step this week. Not the master plan. Not the five-year arc. The thing close enough to reach for without flinching.
Where are you in your own way?
The story you tell that protects you from the answer. The version of yourself you're loyal to because it's familiar, not because it fits.
The shape of a conversation
Step 1 — inward
If you can't say what's true yet, Heard is the room where it gets said. No fixing. No advice. Just being heard until the shape underneath is recognisable.

Career questions often start as not-knowing-what's-true. The inward work isn't optional. It comes first.
Step 2 — outward
CLARITY
Once you can name what's true, CLARITY asks the four questions above and helps you see what you're building. The session is the diagnostic, not the answer. You leave with one move, not a roadmap.

Honest about what's there. Honest about what isn't.
Want to start a conversation?
Tell CLARITY what you're sitting with — what you're trying to build, where you're stuck, why this moment. Specifics over abstractions: the version of yourself you're tired of, the move you've been postponing, the day this stopped being just a thought. CLARITY answers you right here, in your browser — no account needed.
